What Is Dibond Signage?
Our Dibond signs are ideal for exterior retail signage, display boards or directional signage. Due to our flat bed printing process, there is no need to laminate your Dibond sign unless you wish to extend the life of your board or you're looking for a cosmetic matt or gloss signage finish.
All our display panels are produced on 3mm high quality durable compressed aluminium material (also known as Dibond). Dibond boasts a smooth printing surface for a stylish finish that will be sure to capture the attention of potential customers.

NOTE: The maximum size Dibond panel available in one piece = 1220mm x 2440mm. Sizes of aluminum signs above this are not a problem, but will require a join when fitting. This is commonplace when fitting large signage.

There are two standard methods for Dibond panels, as follows:
Raised Studs
Raised studs provide a ‘stand off’ effect, by mounting the panel a short distance off the wall. Brushed or chrome aluminium raisers are available as an option when ordering.
Counter-sunk screws and caps
Using this method, fixing is achieved by screwing through the panel and plugging the wall/mounting surface. We will provide the relevant coloured concealing caps and cradles, providing you check this option during the order process. We do not provide the screws.
Drilling
We have found through experience that fitters/customers prefer to drill their own holes in order to suit the surface/conditions. However we do offer this service at an additional cost. Please e-mail us should you have specific drilling requirements.
