Material
Highly durable and with a high quality image vibrancy, our 5m feather flags are made from 115gsm close weave, knitted polyester.
We use specialist ink and a post-print heat process called ‘dye-sublimation’, which fixes the ink onto the fabric, making the flag washable and scuff resistant. It also maximises show-through on the reverse side.
Outdoor Performance
To maximise the lifespan of your feather flag, we recommend avoiding strong weather conditions (24mph+ wind speeds / Beaufort scale 6) and storing your flag indoors overnight. The performance of the 5.1m feather flag will depend on where it’s used. Our teardrop flags typically last longer than feather flags due to how the material is held in tension, which reduces movement.
